1. Scope
These terms apply to the NebulaTycoon Minecraft server, this website and the webstore. By connecting or purchasing you accept them together with the server rules.
2. Purchases
- Purchases are voluntary donations that unlock virtual perks. They are processed by Tebex Limited as merchant of record; Tebex's terms apply to the payment.
- Virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be traded for money and cannot be refunded once delivered, except where required by law. If an item is not delivered, contact support within 14 days.
- Chargebacks without prior contact result in a permanent ban and reversal of all items.
- Ranks and cosmetics are permanent. Season-bound items (keys, tokens, slots, boosters, generators) expire with a season reset – we announce resets at least 14 days in advance.
- Minors need the consent of a parent or guardian before purchasing.
3. Accounts & conduct
You are responsible for your account. Breaking the rules may lead to mutes, bans or removal of items without refund. We may change gameplay, balance, prices and perks at any time to keep the server fair and fun; purchased perks may be adjusted in scope but not removed without an equivalent replacement.
4. Availability
We aim for 24/7 uptime but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, outages or a shutdown of the server do not entitle to refunds.
5. Intellectual property
Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. NebulaTycoon is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft. Our logo, artwork and texture pack are our property and may not be reused without permission.
6. Governing law
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is the operator's registered seat.
